Questions operators ask us
Can I bring my data from my current software?
Yes. Export a spreadsheet from your current tool and import it. The AI assistant matches the columns and points out anything missing, and your history comes with it.
Do I need accounting software?
No. NextSpace handles invoicing on its own. If you already use an accounting tool, it can connect to it.
Can members book and pay online?
Yes. Members book with the credits in their plan or pay by card, and visitors can book and pay from your own booking page.
What happens when I grow?
You move up to the next plan. Your price changes only then, never because you signed a few more members.
Tiers or flexible: which should I choose?
If your member count is stable, a tier gives you the best price and a fixed bill for the year. If you're small or your numbers move a lot, flexible follows them down as well as up. You can switch at renewal.
